I've also never heard of a Bios called "Excalibur" it must have been a custom bios someone put together, the reason its gone now would be because you erased all the banks on the SmartXX. You say drive C is empty? that doesn't make much sense to me, that's where the Xbox's Dashboard should be kept. Partitions X Y and Z just ignore, there isn't anything you need to do with them.
